In the most recent copy of Outdoor Photography (OP211, November issue, on sale from 20 October 2016) we catch up with aerial landscape photographer J Henry Fair about his compelling new book Industrial Scars.
Almost 15 years in the making, Fair had one clear goal for this project: to reveal through his photographs the hidden cost of consumption. The damage we are causing on our planet has reached an alarming level and Fair, along with other environmentalist photographers, has dedicated his career to showing us the facts.
The book (published by Papadakis) is out now. To gain insight into this fascinating photographer’s mission, watch the book trailer below and pick up the latest copy of the magazine.
