This year’s International Landscape Photographer of the Year attracted more than 3,600 entries from around the world. Here are some of our favourites which made it into the competition’s top 101.

American photographer Fritz Rumpf took first place with a folio of four images that includes ‘Winter Meditations’, taken in Norway.  

Fritz said: What drew me to this composition was the simplicity of the scene, the bare trees and the branches of the bushes at their feet, cresting a peaceful balance, all of it surrounded by the serene snow’.
